I guess the second season of this cartoon is about to kick off (already started?). I thought season 1 was pretty great. I know we talked about this on another thread. Anyway...if you check out S1, I highly recommend that you skip the first couple intro episodes and jump to the one where the villains escape from the raft, especially if you're familiar with the characters.

Oh, and the S2 premiere is titled: "The Private War of Dr. Doom". That oughta pique at least one forumite's interest.

I liked season 1 alright, but I am having trouble really getting into it. Its the voice acting. Several of the choices I just don't buy...Iron Man particularly.

I'll have to see if it's on in the uk, with some things we are so out of date, some channels are showing x-men evolution as 'new'

Iron Man does sound a little like Jack Black. Hard to take at first. And the animation could be stronger, but the art itself is pretty effin good.

Yea, the art is good. And I actually checked, because I thought it was Jack Black at first. Bugs me every time he speaks.

I wasn't a huge fan of the first few episodes.. I did check out the Breakout episode and, again, just didn't really care for it. That's probably because those comics are among the comics I have read the MOST and a kiddie-fied version didn't click with me.

I was just watching the eps where Zemo starts the Masters of Evil. If you're checking it again, give that arc a shot.

Ok, I finally got back to watching this. Saw the battle with Graveton. It was pretty cool.
