After reading through first four issues of Astonishing Tales feat "It" i think You can easily skip "The Coming of Colossus!" (feat It. Living Colossus) from Monsters on the prowl #17 (June 1972) (sorry about previous suggestion - my bad) but absence of "Fin Fang Foom!" from Where Monsters Dwell #21 (May73) is painfully noticeable. Could You list it (because lots of people are reading right after me)?

Also: I think You might have missed that:

Marvel Team-up 19 and 20 should be before Ka-zar 3. Ka-zar mentions his battle with spidey and stegron in ka-zar 3.

and since I'm near that comic i thought I ask You abiut it.

There are some mistatkes in Defenders continuity and i'd like to suggest some changes:
1. Defenders 12 & Giant-Size Defenders 1 should be moved later, for example just before Fantastic four 134 (Drefenders 12 features Nighthawk, looking for help to stop Squadron Sinister - as revealed later. But Doctor Spectrum at this point of the order is still fighting iron man, which is said to happen weeks before defenders. also it's better because of Hulk appearances)
2. Sub-Mariner 64-66 should be moved where 67 is (It's one storyline and it makes more sense that way. it won't hurt FF storyline which cross with sub-mariner 67 so it's ok)
3. Move Sub-Mariner 68-69 just before Marvel-Two-In-One 2 (they take place almost at the same time)
4. Move Defenders 13-14 after Daredevil 112 (Namor is in Hydrobase in his "new look" so it's after Marvel-two-in-one #2, but since it's one storyline with daredevil, that's because it should be moved after DD 112)
5. Move Incredible Hulk 173-174 anywhere between Giant-Size Super-Stars #1 & Incredible hulk 175 (Hulk 175 starts exactly where 174 ends)
Also
6. Tony Stark in Iron Man 72 mentioned Doctor Octopus being dead which would suggest that Amazing Spiderman 130-131 should be moved somewhere between ASM 129 and Iron Man 72

In Daredevil #42 v1 there is an editors note of a spectacular spider-man magazine vol. 1 but this one is not in the order. Is this particular mag a one-shot cause i cant find it in the order?

Story from Spectacular Spider-man Magazine was later remade into 3 Amazing Spiderman issues, so Travis decided not to include it in order (not to read the same story twice). it creates the Daredevil 42 problem, but it was discussed several times here and decision was to leave it that way.

Fragsel is right, either you have a problem with the editors note in Daredevil 42, or you run into the same events happening again (and it isn't a flashback because they update some characters such as qwen stacy, have parker in that part of his life, etc). The decision was made to have the editor note be the wrong thing rather then characters going back to do events all over again (including I think some minor characters death if I remember right)

The page won't open up for me atm (terrible net here), but have you added a note about the editors note being irrelevant?

Edit: Finally did, I see you have. Unless you did it in the last couple of minutes, I wonder why people don't read?

Yep, the note says:

This issue contains a reference to Spectacular Spider-Man Magazine #1, which is not in the order. The story in SSM#1 is updated and reprinted in Amazing Spider-Man #116 - #118, and SSM#1 itself has been retconned out of continuity. The reference to Raleigh is a reference to this obsoleted issue.
