Why does the Order go from Tales to Astonish 76 to Daredevil 8 instead of TTA 77? The Hulk story in TTA 76 ends on a cliffhanger and skipping ahead to TTA 77 I see that the Hulk story is picked up immediately after the end of 76. Is there some reason to put so many issues between 76 and 77?

I can see You fixed those things I've mentioned, but You missed Sub-Mariner 64. It also should be moved where 65,66 & 67 are, because now it breaks chronology even more than before the fix.

Why does ToS 69b, among other issues of ToS broken into a and b, sit apart from ToS 69a. Since it's a flashback to WWII does it have to be separate in the Order?

if i remember correctly (and I might not since I've been there 5 months ago) this flashback continues to be later revealed a story which was told to cap's friends from avengers. Also You and other users should prepare Yourself for more of that kind of spliting in the future. It's really tough to make order while Marvel Editors in most cases don't give a shit about continuity between different titles.

I did find in 72b, I think it was, that he was relaying the info the the Avengers. I'm just reading the full issue. I already have the issue in front of me, I might as well read part a, lol.

I read Avengers issue #19, and in it, Hydra is still present. Shouldn't this issue come before Strange Tales issue #140 which starts the story arc regarding the End of Hyrda?

I was the person correcting that part of the order so allow me to explain (quick look into my notes): there were MANY continuity problems there (thanks to Marvel who didn't give a damn about continuity - and prepare yourself for more of that in the future). Avengers 19& 20 are one storyline. Avengers 20 shows Iron Man fighting Titanium man in his own series. After this fight he had a long string o events in his own series. But Iron man (as Tony Stark) also appears in the "End of Hydra" storyline. I had to choose: fuck up Tony storyline vs fuck up Hydra storyline. Since Hydra didn't die and eventually came back and Tony is more important to me than Hydra I had to leave some Hydra goons after HYDRA END.

I know it's a question to Travis but i hope he won't mind me answering: As You can imagine creating of such complex reading order requires some sacrificies (thanks To Marvel Editors, but I've already said that). Since Hulk appeared in Tales to astonish firstly with Ant-Man, later with Submariner their continuity should be considered. Hulk at this time had one giant storyline (almost 20 issues) while his "roommates" had their own adventures meeting other heroes and appearing in other issues. Thats why not to break continuity Hulk storyline had to be splited parts. Remember: THERE ARE MANY FACTORS AT WORK HERE. There are times where "comfort of reading character's storyline" is at war with "chronology". Who wins has to be decided case by case.

Fragsel beat me to it. I also was reviewing my notes and fragsel is right, there are a couple of big continuity problems in this area cause by marvel not being careful. We picked the more important character to be right and the less important to have the error.

Alright, I just wanted to bring it to attention, but you already had that figured out. I hope to contribute to this project.
