Dr Strange character info is incorrect. He seems to have first appeared in:
53: Tales of Suspense #41 - May 10 1963
which is before
59: Strange Tales (v1) #110 - July 10 1963

Unless I'm wrong and the characters aren't the same person. It seems that he is a villain in his fight against Iron Man.

It was part of their incredibly insensitive sounding pattern back then that this guy, part of his transformation from mook to 'Dr Strange' involved him becoming Asian-y. Wow. Is it possible to talk about race in 2011 and not sound insensitive.
