So Reading through the 60's, it seems like every other comic has a title like "Lo! this monster" or "Lo! whatever". Like every 5th title is that. Starting to drive me crazy.

I can't stand the "Yodaspeak" titles. Observe the formula:
"When/Where" followed by "verb" then "villain."
TtA #79 "When Rises the Behemoth"
ToS #73 "Where Walks the Sleeper"
ASM #36 "When Falls the Meteor"
ASM #44 "Where Crawls the Lizard"
Just to name a few...
Ooooooooo, bad grammar makes it more dramatic!

One of my favorite Stan-isms is the way his characters all exclaim how easy it is for them to do things. It's always like, "With my strength I can tear through this door as though it were cardboard!" or "How easy it is for me to fly up here using my transistors!" or "Defeating the Fantastic Four is child's play for one of my intellect!"

The phrases "...as though it were [cardboard, paper, etc]", "How easy it is for me to [insert action]", and "[insert action] is child's play..." must appear once per issue, it seems.

Man, don't even get me started. I am now boycotting cardboard because of Stan. hahaha Those characters must have had the lowest self esteem ever..."look what I can do mom!!" "Aren't you proud of me dad?" "look!! look!! Give me some attention and tell me how I'm the best superhero!" haha It kind of seemed to fit with less intelligent characters such as Thing or Hulk (without Banner intellect), but then Reed mentions that Ben has multiple degrees in one issue?! Kind of works with Torch and Spidey because of their age. Seems out of place with the adult geniuses though.
