Not sure if this is happened, but I heard an interview today that starting in Avengers Academy and crossing into some other books, they are making a new group called the Decendents. They are "evolved" versions of previous robots and androids that have appeared over the years.

They went into more detail, but it sounds pretty interesting, although its hard to say if it will be pulled off or not (This was all in the Rememnder interview I am listening to. Since its his brain child, it does make me a little trepidation.)

I think this is a great idea, I like the title as well 'the Desecendents' sounds really promising. Let's hope that this idea comes to fruition.

Does sound potentially neat. Like who, though, the Mad Thinker's Android, Ultron Jr and Super Adaptoid? I love it when comics dusts off an old idea for a new audience or a character finally finds a writer who 'gets it', but I think it comes at the expense of new ideas. Lately they have been making some great character reclamations, but I think they get desperate sometimes. Odds of a 'retread' robot team title: low. Odds of a legitimately new robot team title: nil.
